Do you ship discreetly?
Always. All parcels are discreetly packed as appropriate. They are never labeled with PremiumPeptides company details or mention the contents of the package in any attached invoice. The only information (apart from your name, delivery address and contact number) on the label is the letters ‘PP’ and our return address, which is used by the postal servicet to return unclaimed parcels. Your invoice is not attached to the parcel, it is emailed to the recipient on the billing address (we do not send any emails or paperwork to the ship to address person).
If like many of our customers you wish to have discretion in your purchases then you can be assured that we do not put anything on or in the package that links that product back to us.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will typically be shipped the same day if you order before 2pm and your payment being approved by our Finance Department. Then, once your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via an email with your unique delivery number and delivery details. You will also receive the carrier’s details and their estimated transit time to your address.
How do I know when you have shipped my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will email the Billing Email Address with a notification of dispatch. This will include a unique delivery number and estimated transit time for our selected shipping contractor. It will also contain a consignment note which may be used for track and trace your order.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes. Dispatch is arranged Express Post. We email you a tracking (consignment) number at the time the goods are dispatched along with a link to track it. Please allow one full business day from the date you receive our dispatch email for the tracking information to appear on these websites.

What if I am not at home when you deliver my goods?
As all our parcels are sent as registered and insured we do require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is during business hours, so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest, if practical, to provide your work address as the delivery address.
Delivery is usually attempted straight to your door. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, or if the local postal service does not offer this direct service, then a card will be left in your mailbox advising you of a post office to collect your parcel from. Our services allow us to deliver to post office boxes.
Which carrier/courier do you use?
PremiumPeptides ships all orders via Express Mail or FedEx. We fully insure all delivery shipments. In the unlikely event your item is lost in transit we will replace it at our cost.
What will delivery cost me?
The delivery charges for all orders is a $17.95 flat rate. Free Shipping for any order valued at $300 or more on product purchases.
Do you offer shipping discounts if I buy more than one item?
Yes, we do. No matter how many items you order shipping will not cost you more than $17.95. Free shipping for orders valued at $300 or more on product purchases.
Can I arrange pick up from your warehouse?
Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders are delivered directly from our distribution centres, orders can only be delivered, not picked up.
Once I’ve made my purchase, how long before I receive my package?
Transit time guidelines for packages sent via Express Mail are typically delivered the very next business day after shipment. In some cases delivery may take 2 business days.
If your package has not arrived one full working day after the end of the specified transit times, feel free to contact customerservice@premiumpeptides.com, quoting your delivery number, and we will follow it up for you.
Is cold pack shipping necessary to keep potency at a maximum?
The peptides we distribute are freeze-dried by the manufacturer, resulting in a final product which is more stable during transport and which can be stored for longer without degrading. The manufacturing laboratory certifies all peptides to retain full potency for 60 days at 45 degrees; therefore cold pack shipping is NOT required. .
I have not received my order, what do I do?
You can track the location of your order with your unique tracking (consignment) number. You can find this in the shipping confirmation email sent to your billing email address after dispatch. If you have not received such an email, check your junk mail folder as well as check that your payment has been processed.
To track your parcel, please visit the company website your shipping service corresponds with and input your tracking number. If you have any trouble tracking your order, feel free to contact customerservice@premiumpeptides.com, quoting your delivery number, and we will follow it up for you.. All our packages are sent via registered post. In the unlikely event your item is lost in transit, we will replace it at our cost.
I received a different item to what I ordered.
We are sincerely sorry, unfortunately our distribution centre fall prey to the inevitable human error. Please contact us at customerservice@premiumpeptides.com with your order number, a description of what you ordered and what you actually received and we will resolve this mistake.
